Facebook Boxes
Facebook is making it official that Boxes are going away. To me, this is not a huge deal but I did like that you had the ability to add your sign up form box on the sidebar of your profile and page.
Facebook Custom Tab Widths
Facebook has reduced the size of all Custom Tab Widths including FBML Custom Pages. It has reduced to a width of 520 pixels.
As you can see my page looks pretty fugly because the width of my page is set for larger than 520 Pixels.

Opinion on Facebook’s Changes
(Not really relevant to this post but I wanted to voice my opinion and its my blog so I am going to.)
One thing that I do not do is complain about Facebook’s changes! My news feed always seems to become flooded with people complaining when Facebook makes major changes. And it annoys me. Facebook is the largest network EVER. 500 Million people…and growing. (Sounds like the Flintstone’s Kid Vitamin commercial – “10 Million Strong…and Growing”) The changes they make are probably going to benefit us or how we use Facebook in some way. They are not going to make changes on their network just to piss people off. Especially not in this market – look how MySpace once used to be the place to hang out online. Facebeok’s changes are for the good!!
So please, DON’T hate!
But DO please let me know if your FBML Page is all-jacked-up and needs some tuning-up to look pretty again.
